Hello muhsin!
You have installed Document Server only! Also there must be installed Community Server. Please reinstall Community Edition using this instruction.

Dear Maxim,,
thank you for your reply....

Actually I had already installed Document Server Community edition Version 8.9.2.27 itself in one PC by using http://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/server ... lingDebian ..but when i faced Documents not loading in Browser issue i have installed Document Server Only in another PC by using http://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/server ... ation.aspx but its home page showing only "Document Server is running"
message ...

Do i need to connect both Servers together ..!!??

Dear Maxim,
Thanks for your reply
When i trying Community Server installation from the url you provided the script ending saying "The following ports must be open: 80" while executing command bash opensource-install.sh -md "yourdomain.com"

% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 32454 100 32454 0 0 5674 0 0:00:05 0:00:05 --:--:-- 7721
The following ports must be open: 80

I have already opned all ports in that PC.. and no more firewall restriction

Any idea...!!!??

Hello muhsin!
The following ports must be opened for successful installation: 80 and 443. If you choose to install the Mail Server, port 25 has got to be opened. Type the following commands to check which ports are listening on the network:
Code: Select all
netstat -anltp | grep «LISTEN»
netstat -tulpn
netstat -tulpn | grep :80

If you installed Community and Document Servers for Linux use this instruction to connect them.
If you installed Community Edition please specify OS on the server. Check which ports are opened.
Use docker ps command to check containers you've installed and assigned ports to containers.
And describe your issue in details please if Community Edition doesn't work.
