Switching Co-editing Mode

Postby shippeli » Mon Dec 05, 2016 2:06 pm

Hi,
i use a docker document server and integrate the editor with PHP. I wonder how to switch Co-editing Mode. As described in https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/ONLYO ... tings.aspx this feature should also be available in non paid version of onlyoffice. But i miss this option in advanced settings in the editor.
Another Question would be how to set the mode "fast" as default value programatically.
Thanks in advance!

Hello!
How to switch Co-editing Mode you can see here
Concerning to the mode "fast", it is used by default. If autosave = false than "fast" mode is turned off.

Hi Maxim,
thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it still does not work. I did not change the coediting mode and autosave is on, although changes are shown only after hitting strg+s.
Accordingly the option is not shown in doceditor GUI (file -> advanced settings).
I tested it again with the latest document server docker image (just some minutes ago).
Thanks in advance!

Seems you have some kind of old version of DocumentServer, could you tell exactly the version of package.
Like `dpkg -l | grep onlyoffice` inside docker

Sorry for the delay and a happy new year :)
I checked the document servers version and it gives me 3.0.0-99. Curious. I supposed that the Docker image pulls the current source code?!
I try it again with document server version 4.x

Try `docker pull onlyoffice/documentserver:4.2.3.5` - this is current stable release
