Editor doesn't work on developer edition

I have followed the steps on above link to install Developer Edition Document Server, and I have reached to the page localhost/example

I can create document, spreadsheet and presentation, also I can download them, but viewing and editing don't seem working well, as it just keeping loading...

Can anyone please help.. Many thanks!

1. What is windows version? Id it fresh installation?
2. Did you get any errors while installation process?
3. Logs?

1) Windows10
2) There are some node npm error during installation, I clicked "OK" for all of them and the installation completed
3) In Folder DocumentServer>Log>converter>out (many of below log)
[ERROR] nodeJS - [AMQP] Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:5672
at Object.exports._errnoException (util.js:1020:11)
at exports._exceptionWithHostPort (util.js:1043:20)
at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:1086:14)

In Folder DocumentServer>Log>docserice>out (many of below log)

We recommend to install on fresh Windows Server famaly system.
Error: Redis connection to localhost:6379 failed - this is serious

Thanks for your support, now its working
The problem should be I downloaded an advanced version of Erlang which doesn't support the version of rabbit mq,
maybe the link that the download page redirected by the installation guide always point to the newest version of Erlang, which might no sync with the supported version of rabbit mq redirected
