No letters on presentation file

I have a problem with editing presentation files. Document Editors opens these files with no letters. These files are generated using library called PHPPresentation. For other files Document Editor works fine. Did someone else have this kind of problems? When I take file and open it in PowerPoint and save them, document servers opens when fine as well. It seems that library we are using is causing these issues. any kind of assistance would be great! Thanks!
