SSL issue

Postby serkancelik » Wed Sep 03, 2014 11:53 am

Hello,
I have installed Onlyoffice v7.7 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
It works on port 80 without any problem. It also works on port 443 with
secure connection but some features don't work.
Documents section seems fine without secure connection, but it gives error
(or warning) on https connection.
The picture is below, can you help us to fix this problem?

Best regards,

Serkan.

In order to resolve the issue, please, configure redirection from http to https in c:\Program Files\Ascensio System SIA\ONLYOFFICE\WebStudio\web.config Use the code below:
configuration>
<system.webServer>
<rewrite>
<rules>
<rule xmu:key="name" name="RedirectFromWWW" stopProcessing="true">
<match url="(.*)" />
<conditions>
<add xmu:key="input" input="{CACHE_URL}" pattern="^(https?://)www\.(.*)" />
</conditions>
<action type="Redirect" url="{C:1}{C:2}" appendQueryString="false" />
</rule>
<rule xmu:key="name" name="HTTP to HTTPS" stopProcessing="true">
<match url=".*" />
<conditions>
<add xmu:key="input" input="{HTTPS}" pattern="off" />
<add xmu:key="input" input="{HTTP_HOST}" pattern=".onlyoffice.com$" />
<add xmu:key="pattern" input="{REQUEST_URI}" pattern="products/files/services/wcfservice/service.svc.*" negate="true" />
</conditions>
<action type="Redirect" url="https://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:0}" appendQueryString="true" redirectType="Temporary" />
</rule>
<rule xmu:key="name" name="WCF files HTTPS to HTTP" stopProcessing="true">
<match url="products/files/services/wcfservice/service.svc.*" />
<conditions>
<add xmu:key="input" input="{HTTPS}" pattern="on" />
<add xmu:key="input" input="{HTTP_HOST}" pattern=".onlyoffice.com$" />
</conditions>
<action type="Rewrite" url="http://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:0}" appendQueryString="true" />
</rule>
</rules>
</rewrite>
</system.webServer>
Please note that "onlyoffice.com" shold be changed to your domain name.
Make sure that ARR is installed in IIS http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/ ... st-routing

Could you please try to enter the portal not by //localhost, but by external address?

Good Morning everybody.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. I have found the Issue. It was the code xmu:key="input" there was not acceptet by the IIS. I have changed it to this code and everything works fine.

<system.webServer>
<rewrite>
<rules>
<rule name="RedirectFromWWW" stopProcessing="true">
<match url="(.*)" />
<conditions>
<add input="{CACHE_URL}" pattern="^(https?://)www\.(.*)" />
</conditions>
<action type="Redirect" url="{C:1}{C:2}" appendQueryString="false" />
</rule>
<rule name="HTTP to HTTPS" stopProcessing="true">
<match url=".*" />
<conditions>
<add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="off" />
<add input="{HTTP_HOST}" pattern=".onlyoffice.com$" />
<add input="{REQUEST_URI}" pattern="products/files/services/wcfservice/service.svc.*" negate="true" />
</conditions>
<action type="Redirect" url="https://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:0}" appendQueryString="true" redirectType="Temporary" />
</rule>
<rule name="WCF files HTTPS to HTTP" stopProcessing="true">
<match url="products/files/services/wcfservice/service.svc.*" />
<conditions>
<add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="on" />
<add input="{HTTP_HOST}" pattern=".onlyoffice.com$" />
</conditions>
<action type="Rewrite" url="http://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:0}" appendQueryString="true" />
</rule>
</rules>
</rewrite>
</system.webServer>
